Large yard with main structure in back area and additional structures along west and east boundaries. Main structure accommodating three (originally) identical one-storey row- dwellings. Two parallel gable roofs over rectangular floor plan with three transverse gable roofs over front and rear additions. Left dwelling: second storey added and front addition replaced by balcony. Additional structures: cistern connected with two aqueducts to main structure; on west and east boundaries servants' quarters in elongated blocks, the latter with lean-to roof and roof chimneys.
Architectural historical value because of a.o. the characteristic details such as gables, cornices, wooden fences, and pillars. Architectural historical and cultural historical value because it is one of the last remaining examples of small and modest dwellings in Scharloo. Specific value as part of a protected monumental townscape.
